There was something about this picture where when I started to cel-shade it, I found it impossible to stop. Alas~ it's done. Trust it to be late-night inspiration again. XD

Alas, it's Tempest's lil' sis, Bubbles! XD I *heart* her so much! Enjoy peeps!

(BTW: That's her 'normal' top; I've now made it more fuchsia because red with hot pink makes you squint... XD I change the top from time to time, as I will be doing in Soundspeed, simply because she's that way inclined!)

Whereas the real connection between her and Tempest are actually unknown, Bubbles refers to herself as Tempest's sister. Believeable enough, after all, as their powers and Chaos-user potential are incredibly similar. Where as Tempest's powers are directed more towards electricity, Bubbles can manipulate Chaos energy to harness to power of water. Alone, Bubbles can control powerful streams of water, alongside large bodies of water, however, she becomes a far more formidable opponent. She is however far more in control of her Chaos abilties, and largely keeps them under control by wearing the massive supression bands on her wrists.

Bubbles' personality is also similar to her element of choice; easy-going, free-flowing and is able to easily adapt herself to every situation, fitting in wherever she possibly can. However when angered (which usually takes a lot of work), she can be as unforgiving and as untamable as the sea, and can let the harshest of situations take over her. Because of her free and easy nature, however, she gets along well with everyone she knows, and is especially close to Tempest. Together, the two are fugitives of GUN, as are any users of Chaos energy, simply for the energy that they are able to control.
